About Jac

Jaclyn Atkinson (she/they) is a multidisciplinary artist and event producer working across communication design, illustration, and printmaking. Her practice explores interstitial spaces—between disciplines, ideas, and communities—using whimsy and play as a gateway to meaning and connection. Through thoughtfully designed experiences, her work invites participation, curiosity, and reflection.

Atkinson’s freelance practice spans editorial illustration, children’s publishing, participatory installations, live performance, tattoos, and large-scale murals. She is particularly drawn to collaborative projects that blur the boundaries between art, design, and social experience and is the cofounder of Shadow Traffic.
